Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

Started by three bikers in 1983, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que advertises itself as “a genuine honky-tonk rib joint” with signature sauces. The Syracuse restaurant is one of three locations, all of which are in New York. It is open on Sunday from noon to 10 p.m. for all carnivores who enjoy a lively meal. The only part of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que that visitors cannot experience on Sunday is the live music, which runs only Monday through Saturday.
