There are hundreds of good fishing locations in Minnesota, the "Land of 10,000 Lakes." Two regions stand out from the rest for their top fishing resorts: Lake Superior and Lake of the Woods. Both are favored vacation spots for fishermen and their families.
Bluefin Bay

Minnesota has about 190 miles of shoreline at the northeastern part of Lake Superior. This is often called "The North Shore." At least half of the state's top ten fishing resorts are located here. Bluefin Bay Resort nestles on the shore of Lake Superior with forests on the other side for a natural setting. You can join fishing groups and guides or go out on your own.
