Oklahoma DUI Schools
The Oklahoma driving under the influence (DUI) laws say it is illegal to drive a car when a driver's blood alcohol level (BAC) is .08 or higher. While the first DUI is a misdemeanor, two or more within a 10-year period is a felony in Oklahoma and can result in up to seven years in prison. Most sentences involve enrolling in a DUI school and receiving a court-ordered assessment.
