Reflexology Training Programs
Reflexology is the art and science of stimulating the body's reflexes to promote stress relief, relaxation and overall wellness. This is primarily done by stimulating the nerve endings in the foot, and occasionally the hands and ears. Reflexology is a therapeutic wellness treatment, and as such is not regulated by the medical profession; however, several independent associations offer certification standards for reflexologists and accreditation for training programs and educators. If you are looking for training in reflexology, it is highly recommended that you attend a program by an accredited educator.
