The Alternative Learning Center offers instruction and support to students in grades six through 12 that have behavioral issues. The center aims to help students refine their behavior, develop social skills and become productive members of the community. Teachers, small class sizes, along with several teaching aides allow students to receive individual attention and instruction. The Alternative Learning Center also requires students to complete a Reality Oriented Physical Experiential Seminar (R.O.P.E.S). The seminar helps break down barriers while the students build trust and develop team-working skills.
