Scrapbook Ideas for Pet Pages
If you're a scrapbook enthusiast, you have probably made many pages devoted to your friends and family members. But don't forget your other family members—your pets. Whether you have traditional pets, such as dogs or cats, or more unusual pets, such as iguanas or ferrets, they deserve a spot in your scrapbook. Keep up with your favorite pet memories by scrapbooking about them.

First Day
-
You may have taken plenty of photos on the day you got your pet, whether it was born in your home, you bought it at a pet store or adopted it at a shelter. Make a page detailing that day and glue some of the photos onto it. Also journal on the page about the first day you spent with your new pet and what getting a new pet meant to you.
Name
-
Make a page that focuses on your pet's name. Put a large picture of your pet in the center of the page and write its name above the picture in large letters. If you named your pet for a particular quality or trait, such as a gray cat named Smoky or a hyper dog named Jumper, make you you capture that characteristic in the photo. If you named your pet for a special person, place or memory, add a photo of your pet's namesake to the page. Journal about how you chose the name and other names you considered.

Tricks
-
Many pets, particularly dogs, learn lots of tricks. Create a page detailing the tricks. This is easy to do. Simply take pictures of your pet as it is doing each trick, such as sitting, shaking or rolling over. Then paste the pictures on the page, along with a description of when and how your pet learned the trick.
Day in the Life
-
Create a day-in-the-life page for your pet. Most pets don't have too many daily activities, so this can be a cute page. Take photos of your pet throughout the day and then create a timeline, describing the activity. If your pet is mostly inactive, this can be a tongue-in-cheek page.
Holiday
-
If you love your pet enough to scrapbook about it, you are likely celebrate holidays with it, too. Create holiday scrapbook pages with those memories. For example, if you buy your cat Christmas gifts, paste a picture of it beside the tree with its gifts. Or you might dress your pet up for Halloween. Get creative and decorate the pages with holiday themes.
