Brodax Wildlife Solutions offers a duck lease on 5,000 acres of bottom land that includes several sloughs and the Sulphur River. Hunting on the Texas Blue Lake is included on the lease. The lease is available for 10 hunters. Hunters will have exclusive duck hunting rights to hunt on Blue Lake which includes 20 acres of water suitable for wading and hunting for water fowl. A duck blind is included on the lease near Blue Lake. Hunters will be allowed to bring one guest on a lease and additional guests will be charged an additional cost per day.

Garwood/Nada Private Pond Membership

A seasonal lease is available in the Garwood area on a private pond. This is a private lease for one hunter. Children 18 years of age or under or who are in college may hunt for free with the lease holder. Hunting takes place on 15 acres of water with a four-person duck blind surrounded by wild rice. Hunts are only allowed in the morning before noon. Payments may be made in installments for the cost of the lease.

Anahuac Private Pond Membership

A lease on a private pond near Anahuac in east Texas is available for 10 hunters. The pond is on 16 acres of water near Smith's Point off I-10 and Highway 61. A four-person duck blind is on the pond surrounded by rice and milo. Only one guest is allowed per hunter per hunt, either a child or adult. Payment for the lease may be made in full or in installments.

This 1,400-acre lease is located near San Augustine in east Texas. The cost of the lease is $150 per day and 12 hunters are allowed on the lease. Children are welcome but other guests are not allowed. The property contains rivers and streams, trees, brush, running water and is near town. Lodging is available on-site and camping is available. All types of weapons are permitted including bows, pistols, rifles, muzzle loaders and shotguns. In addition to duck hunting, white-tailed deer, doves, rabbits, predators, quail and hogs can be hunted on this lease.

Managed East Texas Hunting Club

This private hunting club has a 8,700-acre lease in Newton County in east Texas. All small game, including duck, can be hunted here. Each hunter is allowed one guest per hunt. Children are welcome. Camping is allowed on-site for lease holders. The property contains running water, river, streams and trees. Hotels are located nearby in town. All weapons are permitted, including archery, muzzleloaders, rifles and shotguns. Besides duck, white-tailed deer, quail, hogs, turkey, dove, rabbits and predators can be hunted on the lease. The property is managed by a licensed state biologist to ensure healthy populations of game animals.
