  • With four floors, an indoor and outdoor patio and a large dance floor, Vinyl is one of Denver's most expansive venues. Each week, this Grecian-inspired nightclub hosts "Reggae on the Roof" on Thursday nights and Latin Fridays, complete with salsa, Merengue and tropical music. On Saturdays, local and international disc jockeys play the best of hip-hop and Top 40 music, according to the South of Colfax Nightlife District.

Suite Two Hundred

  • This 7,000-square-foot dance club welcomes a well-dressed crowd who enjoys upscale touches like bottle service, according to Visit Denver. Suite Two Hundred is dominated by a dance floor and also includes an outdoor patio and a VIP room called the Marquis, according to its website. Besides playing Top 40 hits, the venue features fashion shows, celebrity hosts and go-go dancers.

The Church

  • Set in a former house of worship built in 1865, the Church's owners kept the stained glass and Gothic architecture when they converted it to a nightclub. On Thursdays, the Church's DJs blast Top 40 and hip-hop remixes. On Fridays, they offer a global blend of music, and on Saturdays they play Latin-themed beats. The venue is also home to a sushi bar and hosts theme nights, according to the South of Colfax Nightlife District.
