Celebrities utilize numerous fitness programs as well as personal trainers to stay in shape. Several celebrities share personal trainers and a few fitness programs are endorsed by different celebrities who exercise often.

  1. Barry's Bootcamp

    • Barry's Bootcamp, the self proclaimed "best workout in the world," is a workout endorsed by celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba. The routine includes butt, legs, chest and abdominal exercises that use aerobic and strength training techniques. The course is taught in classrooms by celebrity fitness trainers in Los Angeles and San Diego, California. The course is also available on DVD for in-home workouts.

    P90X

    • Celebrities like Sheryl Crowe, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher endorse the P90X workout. P90X stands for Power 90 Day Extreme and is an in-home workout plan that can be purchased on DVD. The system includes a dieting plan that also lasts for 90 days. During the 90 days, different workouts are done each day for six days every week. The DVDs include strength training workouts for shoulders, arms, legs and the abdomen as well as aerobics, martial arts, yoga and pilates exercises.

    • Many celebrities utilize their own personal trainers to keep in shape. David Kisch, who trains celebrities like Naomi Campbell and Heidi Klum recommends using a stability ball to work out your butt, hips and legs. Demi Moore's trainer, Gregory Joujon-Roche, recommends walking on a treadmill with a very high incline setting to burn calories.
