A casting assistant helps casting directors with movie or television productions. The assistant contacts an actor's agent about possible jobs, reads movie scripts and handles casting agency telephone calls. According to a June 2010 report on Skill Set, casting assistants do not need a college education, however, some assistants have a bachelor's degree in film or theater. Required skills include computer skills, telephone skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Cinematographer

A cinematographer handles the photography for television commercials, educational videos or independent films. These professionals decide on camera angles, maintain camera equipment and interact with crew members, directors and lighting professionals. Training includes working as a cinematographer trainee or junior cinematographer to learn about using camera lenses and lighting exposure. Once trained under a senior cinematographer, a junior cinematographer or trainee gains skills in film processing techniques and film lighting. Stunt Performer

Qualifications include physical strength and stamina, passing of health examinations and the ability to work long hours on production sets.
