According to a USA Today/Gallup poll, only 16 percent of respondents plan to fly more or stay more often in hotels this year as compared to 2009. This is bad news for the travel industry, but it's great news for the traveler. As USA Today writes, it means "lower prices, and increased willingness to negotiate." This translates into honeymoon travelers finding more value and lower prices at their dream destinations, which can often be found right here in the United States.
