    • Chalet Fondue is a quaint German-Swiss restaurant that is situated in the Catskills town of Windham. The Alpine restaurant has a charming atmosphere, with German fixtures and European fireplaces. In existence since 1985, the menu at Chalet Fondue includes jaegerschnitzel, wienerschnitzel, knockwurst, bratwurst, kassler rippchen pork chops, golden potato pancakes, wiener zwiebel rostbraten beef, spaetzle, Ochsenmaul salad, Westphalian ham and sauerbraten.
