The art of food, and the food business.

Learning the culinary arts is more than just following a recipe. A student in a culinary arts program must learn not only how to prepare and present a meal, but also how to run a business. Students in these programs will graduate with restaurant management skills, critical thinking skills and a fundamental knowledge of the culinary arts. A bachelor's degree in culinary arts provides the education and kitchen experience a student needs to build a successful career in the food service industry.
