Fairmont's Lake Sisseton Saloon, located on Lake Sisseton's north bank, features a large outdoor dining deck where guests can sip on a cocktail while enjoying views of the sunset from the water's edge. This family run restaurant serves appetizers, soup, salad and a number of specialty sandwiches, such as the Bud Lake Butty with roast beef, Swiss cheese and horseradish on marble rye bread. Guests can also select items from the "Build Your Own Sandwich" menu. The Saloon offers daily lunch specials, seasonal menu items and a selection of beer, wine and cocktails. The Ranch Restaurant, an AAA approved eatery, has been in business Fairmont 1981. This family-owned casual restaurant features Fairmont's famed "Garman Wall," an 18 foot long, 10 foot tall 3-D cityscape sculpture created by Colorado artist Michael Garman. The piece's intricate details include individual windows in the cityscape which contain tiny interior scenes. The Ranch Restaurant serves a full breakfast menu from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., and a number of burgers, sandwiches, melts and wraps for lunch. Dinner items include seafood, steaks, pork chops, chicken and turkey and dressing. All dinners come with a salad bar. Guests who sign up for the Ranch's birthday club will receive a special dining coupon on their birthday.
