Cabins feature a double bed and single bed located in the loft area along with private bath and fireplace. Larger cabins with an additional single bed in the loft are also available for reservation. Guests also have the option of booking a Native American-style Tipi tent, which features a double bed and lantern. Several activities are available on site including guided horseback riding tours, wagon rides, helicopter tours and live music. The Grand Canyon Ranch caters toward couples, families, large groups and weddings.

Activities within two miles of the house include biking, boating, kayaking and fishing. The house is entirely non-smoking and features a front porch and fully-equipped kitchen. The vacation home sleeps up to four guests at the basic rate--more guests may be added at an additional fee. Other amenities at the Two Sunsets Vacation Home include washer and dryer, satellite television with DVD player, outdoor gas grill and dishwasher. A "cash pantry" located in the kitchen features an assortment of goods including steak, frozen vegetables and ice cream, available for purchase.

Located on the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, the homes provide guests with easy access to many outdoor activities including hiking, swimming and fishing.
