Dream Nightclub

Dreamz is an ideal nightclub for the 18 and up crowd. It has a huge dance floor with thumping music and 30 screens playing music videos scattered throughout the club. The many bars stay stocked and waitresses make sure the crowds stay hydrated. It plays a mix of hip-hop, reggae and R&B. Ladies get in free until 11, then its $20 at the door. The VIP lounge is frequented by celebrities, and they sometimes hop on stage to perform or just give a shout out to the crowd. The club opens at 9 p.m. and closes at 6 a.m., giving clubbers plenty of time to get their groove on.

The Velvet Room

The Velvet Room is a popular Atlanta club that caters to the 18 plus crowd. It has a lavish interior decorated with glass, chandeliers and, of course, velvet. There are several bars and VIP tables, and LCD screens with sound and video add to the eye candy. It has a huge dance floor packed with people jamming to mainly hip-hop, R&B and the Top 40 rundown. You can get your picture taken for a small fee, and even buy a rose for that special someone from the "flower guy" circulating the club. Ladies get in free until midnight when there's a $20 cover charge. Parking is free, and if you get hungry there's a McDonald's and a wing shack in the same plaza.

Club Primetime

Primetime is another good hangout that caters to the 18 and up crowd. The club has a huge dance floor and plays reggae, dance and hip-hop. Several bars with friendly bartenders and waitresses keep the energy flowing. Friday nights offer $5 top shelf drinks until midnight, and on Saturdays get $4 drinks all night. It also have free parking and free entry on Fridays. If you don't want to wait in line you can pay a few dollars and get in the VIP cue. Doors open at 8 p.m. and close at 4 a.m.
