Nacogdoches is listed by the city's Convention and Visitors Bureau as the "oldest town in Texas." Located about 50 miles Southwest of Shreveport, Louisiana, Nacogdoches offers visitors a glimpse at the history of the city at the Nacogdoches Railroad Depot and the Nacogdoches Fire Museum. Nacogdoches is also home to Stephen F. Austin University and its Stone Fort Museum.

The resort features wireless Internet, a lake for fishing, bath and shower facilities and pull-through sites for large RVs. Paradise Lake Resort is located just a few miles from restaurants and shopping outlets in downtown Nacogdoches.

    • Village Park RV Parking is located just off Interstate 59 in Nacogdoches. The park offers 34 RV sites with full electric, water and sewer connections. Village Park RV Parking features bath and laundry facilities (no showers), hiking trails, gravel roads and 24 pull-through sites for large RVs. Village Park RV Parking is located about five miles north of downtown Nacogdoches and its restaurants and shopping outlets.
