This is a scientific twist on an old classic. Cut a piece of paper into 10 strips and write biology vocabulary words on the strips. Separate the classroom into two groups and have each group pick a representative. Let the representative pick a strip of paper with a term on it, such as “zoology” or “photosynthesis.” The representative then acts out whatever the term involves in the hopes of having his group guess properly. If the first group is not able to answer in the allotted amount of time, then it is the second group's turn to guess. After the first representative is finished, the representative from the next group will present. The guessing contest continues until one of the groups reaches five points or more.
