You may just need to cry to release pent up emotions and get some relief from stress. Crying will help to unlock trapped feelings and clear your mind. You should feel better after a good cry. Heart felt tears come from the heart and if your feelings have depth, the tears might just flow automatically as you meditate. There are no set rules when it comes to meditation. Just find a quiet room and sit by yourself and face your palms up. Clear your mind and think about what troubles you. Imagine releasing these feelings through your palms. As you deal with these emotions, you will feel sad and begin crying.

Onions are potent vegetables with strong antibacterial properties. Try slicing up a few onions on a plate and smell the aroma. After a minute or so you will notice that your eyes are welling with tears. Crying is needed for certain roles in a play, but you may also need to cry to help clear debris from your eyes. If you have something in your eye and washing it with water does not work, chopping onions is a simple solution. Tears will help to push out dirt that has slipped along the rim and under the sides of your eyes.
