Real Estate Courses in New Mexico

Real estate courses are provided in every state to help individuals prepare to earn a license or, in some cases, renew it. On occasion, potential homebuyers also take these classes in order to learn more about real estate before purchasing a home. In New Mexico, several real estate courses are available, each of which provides a variety of classes.

Central New Mexico Community College

  • Central New Mexico Community College, located in Albuquerque, offers three real estate classes: real estate law, real estate principles and practice, and broker basics. These courses are the prerequisites for receiving an associate broker license in the state. Day classes are held at the Albuquerque campus and evening classes are available at the Montoya campus. Real estate law and real estate principles and practice are both offered in an online format as well. After successfully completing each class, a certificate is awarded. Completion of all three classes qualifies students to take the state exam to become an associate broker.
