Monster trucks do a lot more than just look impressive. At fairs, festivals and shows nationwide, the greats of the sport perform high jumps, participate in donut-making contests, stand up without tipping over backward and pop wheelies. Most events include a freestyle competition where almost anything these drivers can make their trucks do is fair sport. Many shows are organized by Monster Truck production companies; some are put on by area speedways and event centers.
