Make the scoops three different sizes to resemble a real snowman. You can roll the scoops in coconut for added flavor and to create a the look of flakes. Stack the scoops with the largest scoop on the bottom and smallest on the top. Use chocolate chips to make the eyes, nose, mouth and buttons down the front. Cut a strip of fruit leather to create a scarf for each snowman.

Turned upside down, sugar cones resemble Christmas trees, which makes them ideal for holiday treats. This dessert is one the kids can easily make themselves. Let them spread green frosting over the cones to make it look like a Christmas tree. Add sprinkles and candies on the outside of the tree to make the decorations. Cut a thin strip of fruit leather and wrap it around the tree as garland. Serve the trees with a scoop of ice cream for more flavor.
