Drag queens greet guests at Chicago’s own Spin Night Club, a gay- and transsexual-friendly venue. The nightclub even hosts drag contests on certain evenings. Other programming events include bingo night, karaoke night, special viewing parties and Team Trivia challenges complete with cash prizes. Onsite VJs and DJs serve as entertainment on the club’s two dance floors. Spin Night Club also boasts a large lounge, a series of pool tables and four bars. On Sunday evenings, the bar offers super-size vodka-based cocktails, while Wednesday evenings are known simply as Dollar Drink night.

Kit Kat Lounge
The Kit Kat Lounge features live performances by a slew of drag queens, also known as the nightclub’s divas. Guests can also enjoy items on the dinner menu, featuring such appetizers as tortilla soup, chicken satay or baby greens served with maple vinaigrette. Entrées include such dishes as filet mignon, ahi tuna and Southern-style fried chicken. Top off any meal with desserts like a brownie covered in vanilla ice cream or homemade pecan pie. The nightclub also features a host of specialty drinks and martinis, such as watermelon martinis, mango martinis, as well as vodka and sake mixtures.

Cocktail touts itself as a nightclub with “an amazingly diverse crowd.” Drag queens serve as the club’s hostesses while the back portion of the venue features a stage with go-go boy dancers five nights a week. The front part of the nightclub includes a full-service bar that serves up such drinks as side cars, Manhattans and Wonka Bars made from a mixture of Godiva chocolate liqueur, white chocolate liqueur and Stoli. Also on tap, guest will find a wide selection of premium liquors, wine, beer and champagne. Thursday through Sunday nights, Cocktail features a series of live DJs as entertainment.
