Makeup, nail polish, hair accessories and glitter are all you will need for this. You may want to have soap and washcloths around for cleaning any mistakes. Adding some fun "play" clothes--such as boas, party beads and high heels--can add to the younger teen's experience. This is a party idea for outdoors, so have some outdoor games or sports in mind to do while waiting for the dyes to dry. You will need cheap white t-shirts, dyes or dying kits, rubber bands or floral wire to make designs in the t-shirts. You'll also need pebbles or some sort of weight to hold the portion of the shirt you want dyed. You will so amazed at the creativity of the girls, and they will have fun wearing their new shirts.
