Plan a nice dinner with wine or champagne, followed by a dip in the hot tub, and a massage. There's no need to go to an exotic location. Even if you go to a nearby city that's an hour away with shopping and local dining, it will still help you escape from your day-to-day lives.

Book a couple's massage for both of you. There's nothing better to relieve tense muscles that a day with a professional masseuse. If Valentine's Day falls several months before your wedding, give her a certificate for the massage on Valentine's Day, but plan the actual massage closer to your wedding to really eliminate the tense muscles she is sure to have.
