Use your love of cooking to create an upscale luau menu. The trick is to find luau foods that will complement the theme and leave your guests begging for more. Many traditional foods are Asian-inspired, and the following entree is no exception. Char Siu pork is pork loin that has been marinated in red food coloring, brown sugar, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, honey and Hoisin sauce. It can be served with rice pilaf, egg rolls with honey mustard dip and a Pina Colada-flavored cake garnished with macadamia nuts and fresh coconut shavings. Serve this meal with Sangria punch made with fresh pineapples and red wine.
