  1. Nobu

    • Just like each of the restaurant's other locations, Nobu at Atlantis offers its customers the finest Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is located right off of the casino floor, and it houses a bar--which features a number of fine sake options--as well as a full-dining area. The menu is expensive, but the food is typically well worth the price. Dress code is dressy. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted inside the restaurant.

    Cafe Martinique

    • Founded by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Cafe Martinique serves traditional French cuisine (Chef Vongerichten's specialty) in a dramatically elegant setting. The cafe houses a full bar, at which patrons may enjoy drinks from an extensive cocktail list. Prices are high, and people come here dressed to impress. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted inside the restaurant.

    Shark Bites

    • Shark Bites offers Atlantis visitors a much more casual dining experience. Located at the base of the Mayan Temple, Shark Bites diners can enjoy a variety of sandwiches, salads and burgers. Adjoining to Shark Bites is Shark Bites Express, which serves a fun collection of Bahamian fast-food options, available for those diners looking for a tasty, quick meal option. Dress is casual.

    Mosaic

    • For a Mediterranean meal, Mosaic is a must-visit at Atlantis. Multiple cook stations throughout the buffet-style restaurant allow for dishes to be cooked fresh and made to order. Mosaic offers a fabulous selection of dishes. Pricing is moderate, and the dress code is casual. Meals are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    Bimini Road

    • Bimini Road features an inside restaurant and an outside bar, from which patrons are served fun, traditional Caribbean meals. The kitchen's conch station ensures that your Bahamian conch is always served fresh, and is cooked to order. Live entertainment at the outside bar makes it a great place to grab a signature Atlantis cocktail. Pricing is moderate, and dress is relatively casual.

    Atlas Bar & Grill

    • Located inside the Atlantis Casino, the Atlas Bar & Grill serves traditional and Bahamian-influenced bar food and over 150 different specialty cocktails. Basic full meals and snacks (sandwiches, salads, soup and brownies) are also served. Dress is casual.
