Baby showers are celebrations generally held during a woman's pregnancy. Baby showers can include men and women, or they can be held exclusively for the mother-to-be and her female guests. Guess the Size

Guessing the size of the soon-to-be-mother's stomach is a popular group game at baby showers. Give everyone at the party a piece of string or yarn and scissors. The guests then estimate how much string or yarn they believe it would take to fit around the mommy-to-be's stomach. The guest who comes closest to guessing the exact size is the winner, and sometimes prizes are awarded.
Baby Pictures

Baby shower guests can also bring pictures of themselves when they were babies and then have a designated guest rearrange the pictures on a board. All of the shower guests must then try to guess which baby pictures belong to which party guests. The guest who guesses the highest number of pictures correctly wins.

Many baby showers also include games where the guests must do baby-related activities. For instance, one game challenges each guest to drink as much milk out of a baby bottle as possible while a timer runs. They must drink it by sucking on the bottle as a baby would. The guest who drinks the most is the winner. Some baby showers also feature baby food contests similar to the bottle contest, where guests must try and eat containers of strange baby food flavors.

Some popular children's games are converted into baby shower games. For instance, baby shower guests can play a version of hot potato, using a doll in place of the potato. Guests then toss the doll back and forth while a timer runs, and the guest with the doll when the timer runs out is eliminated. This process continues until only one guest remains.
Similarly, musical chairs can be played using popular baby songs. There will be enough chairs set out for all of the guests except for one, and everyone must try to claim a chair once the baby song stops playing. A chair and a guest is eliminated each round until only one guest and one chair remain.
Diaper Changing

Shower guests can also engage in a diaper-changing competition using dolls and diapers. The guest who is able to correctly change a diaper the fastest is the winner.
