Foods to Lower Fungus

It may be hard to imagine, but fungus is found in the food we eat as well as the air we breathe. More often than not, our bodies naturally balance the amount of fungus in our bodies. Yet sometimes an unbalance can occur due to preservatives, additives, alcohol and antibiotics, which all kill off the healthy bacteria that helps fight off the fungus. • Low-sugar fruit and whole-grain breads and pasta are both all right to enjoy in moderation.
