Wii Games for Toddlers
The Wii is a popular gaming console by Nintendo. Games exist for the system for a variety of age levels. Nintendo games are rated by the Entertainment Software Rating Board for age appropriateness. Parents will want to take notice of games for Wii that are labeled E, which stands for Everyone, or EC, which stands for Early Childhood. Parents may want to particularly pay attention to games with the EC label, which are appropriate for children 3 and older.

Released in 2009, "Learning with the PooYoos" is a one-player game that assists toddlers to learn numbers, letters, shapes and colors from a group of cuddly baby animals that include pigs, bunnies and elephants. The game provides a cast of more than 30 unique creatures, such as baseball tossing monkeys. Toddlers can unlock different individuals, worlds and props during game play and use what they find to build whatever they see fit.

We have boom blox and there is NO WAY my 2 year old can play it, and even my 9 year old has issues because of the way it's set up!
