Campgrounds in Caseville, Michigan
Caseville is a village on Lake Huron's Saginaw Bay in western Michigan. It has gained notoriety this century for hosting the Cheeseburger festival each August, which is a salute to Jimmy Buffet and his tropical music. One of Buffet's songs was named "Cheeseburger in Paradise." Caseville, which was originally known as Port Elizabeth, is also popular for its beaches at Saginaw Bay.

The Beadle Bay Marina & Campground is at Sand Point on Saginaw Bay and offers daily and seasonal rates, which is May 1 through Oct. 15. Each campsite has electrical and water hookups and private fire pits. Beadle Bay also has a double concrete boat launch, restrooms with showers, gas, ice and a pump-out station.

Caseville County Park

Caseville County Park is open April 15 through Oct. 31 and has 65 water and electric sites, 67 full hookup sites and 72 mobile home sites. Daily, weekly and seasonal rates are available. Rustic sites are situated near the Caseville Fire Hall in downtown Caseville. The park has a beach and boat launches and a fishing pier is nearby.

Albert E. Sleeper State Park

Albert E. Sleeper State Park has 723 acres on Saginaw Bay. The Sleeper-Modern campground has 226 campsites with electrical service and modern restrooms. Some sites have 50-amp service for RVs. A vehicle permit is required. The park has an outdoor center, picnic shelter, other picnic tables, a playground and a beach house. Activities available in the park include hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing in the winter, hunting and swimming.

Mariner's Cove Marina

The Mariner's Cove Marina has 12 shaded campsites with picnic tables and unobstructed views of the harbor. Each site also has full hookups for RVs as well as free cable television and Wi-Fi access. A telephone hookup also is available for a fee. Mariner's Cove also has climate-controlled restrooms and showers, community fire pit with firewood, gas barbecue grills, an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and bicycles you can borrow.
