Diablo 2 System Requirements
"Diablo 2" was released in 2000, and is the follow up to the wildly popular "Diablo" computer game. "Diablo 2" offers five classes of character, four new towns, and countless dungeons, caverns, and crypts. "Diablo 2" also offers full multiplayer support, so you can join in the fight with other gamers. The system requirements for "Diablo 2" were fairly advanced when it first arrived on the scene, though by now they have become somewhat outdated.

Single-Player PC

Playing "Diablo 2" in single-player mode requires Windows 95 or higher. The game requires a Pentium 233, or the equivalent. It also requires: 32 megabytes of RAM, 650 megabytes of available space on your hard drive and a 4X CD-ROM drive.
Multiplayer PC

The multiplayer mode requires 64 megabytes of RAM, though 128 is recommended. If the game has more than four players, the recommendation boosts up to 256 megabytes. You need to have an open Internet connection, to connect to the server, and 950 megabytes of space available on your hard drive.

Single-Player Mac

Single-player mode in Macs requires an operating system of 8.1, or higher. Your computer needs to be running a G3 processor, or the equivalent. 64 megabytes of RAM are required, and 650 megabytes of RAM needs to be available on your hard drive. The game requires a 4X CD-ROM drive, and a color resolution of 256 when displayed in an 800x600 frame.
Multiplayer Mac

The Mac system requirements for multiplayer include: 64 megabytes of RAM, and 950 megabytes of available RAM on the hard drive. You also need an active Internet connection that runs on a 28.8 Kbps modem, or faster.
