California Sushi Restaurants
A California roll is often the gateway dish first tasted by future sushi fans. The roll was invented in Los Angeles by a Japanese chef hoping to introduce skeptical Americans to sushi. The widespread popularity of sushi in California led to the opening of the California Sushi Academy in Los Angeles in 1998, where sushi chefs are trained and certified, and hundreds of restaurants can now be found across the state. Does this Spark an idea?
