  1. Dreidel

    • The dreidel game is a simple game of luck played with a spinning top imprinted with four Hebrew letters. To begin the game, each player must put two coins in the center pot. Then players take turns spinning the dreidel. The letter that faces up when the dreidel stops spinning determines what that player gets to do. If "Shin" faces up, the player has to put one coin in the pot. If "Nun" faces up, the player does nothing. If "Hey" faces up, the player gets to take half of the coins in the pot. If "Gimel" faces up, the player gets to take all the coins in the pot. You can play this game with pennies, chocolate gelt coins, gold stickers or other similar items.
