Gopuram Taste of India provides culinary creations from both the north and south sides of India. Located at Meridian Avenue and 23rd Street in Oklahoma City. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. for lunch until 10:00 p.m. for dinner. Monday through Friday a special lunch buffet is offered for $7.95 and the same lunch buffet is offered on weekends for $10.95. A dinner buffet is available seven days a week for $10.95. There are more than twelve different options for vegan dishes including Aloo Gobi which is potatoes and cauliflower cooked with spices which is available for $9.95. Another vegan dish available for $9.95 is the Baingan Bhurta which is eggplant cooked with herbs and spices. Gopuram Taste of India has a specialty dish which is cream of wheat, tomatoes, green peas and cashews this is called Uppma and is available for $7.95. This vegan restaurant in Oklahoma City has an extensive desert list as well. Some deserts at Gopuram include Gulab Jamun which is three pieces of pastry balls in warm sugar syrup as well as mango custard.

Some of the vegan dishes at Nunu's Mediterranean Café and Market are the Falafel Plate, the Lentil & Rice Pilaf Plate and the Veggie Sampler Plate. The Falafel Plate which consists of crisp vegan patties, tahini sauce, humus and tabouli is available for $8.25. The Lentil & Rice Pilaf Plate consists of brown onions, humus, tabouli and pita bread and is available for $7.95. Nunu's Sampler Plate consists of lentil soup, lentil and rice pilaf, tabouli, humus and pita bread and a veggie cabbage roll at $8.95. Nunu's also provides catering and carry out and is open Monday through Saturday.
