On a Kindle for a PC, Can You Connect to One Account From Mutliple Computers?
Through Amazon.com's e-reading applications, you can download and read e-books even if you don't have a Kindle. One way to read Kindle books is by using the Kindle for PC application. If you have multiple computers that you'd like to use to read the same books, you can sign in using one Amazon.com account.

Downloading and Registering
-
To access Kindle for PC on more than one computer, you'll have to download the application onto each computer that you plan on using. When you have downloaded the application, it will prompt you for your Amazon.com username and password when you launch the program. Use the same username and password on each application to ensure that both will be linked to your Amazon.com account.
Managing the Applications
-
You can manage both Kindle for PC applications from your Amazon.com account. When you are logged in to your Amazon.com account, choose the "Manage Your Kindle" page. This page provides you with the tools to manage any Kindle application associated with your account. To keep your Kindle for PC applications organized, you can change the name of each so that you can keep track of which application is on which computer. To change the name, click on "Edit Info" and then rename the device to differentiate between your computers. You can also select which book you'd like to go to a specific computer by selecting the title and clicking on the "Deliver to My" drop-down menu, and then choosing the device that you've named.

Limits
-
Amazon.com allows you to view your Kindle books on more than one device, but you are limited as to how many devices on which you can simultaneously view a book. You can use up to six different applications, or devices, to view one book. If you're using your Kindle for PC application to view a newspaper or magazine subscription, you can't view that anywhere other than the original application.
Deregistering
-
In the even that you no longer need to access your Kindle content on two or more computers, you can deregister one of the applications so that you can free up that space for another device, such as a Kindle or phone. When viewing the Manage Your Kindle page, there is a link to the right of each device called Deregister. When you click on that link, you will no longer be registered with your Amazon.com account on that device,
