Secret Vehicles and Planes in "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories"

"Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories" was released by Rockstar as an extension of the original "Vice City" game. It features a number of additional characters, missions, vehicles and weapons that build on those featured in the first game. There are a number of special-edition vehicles that can only be unlocked for purchase by completing certain missions and fulfilling certain conditions within the game's campaign.

  1. Bulletproof Vehicles

    • Complete the "Beach Patrol" mission available from "Sunshine Autos" and you'll unlock a bulletproof version of the BF Injection, a quick and nimble dune buggy. Completing the Sunshine Auto mission "Kill Phil" will earn you a bulletproof stretch limo. This is significantly less nimble but a handy way to transport any NPCs that you need to protect. A bulletproof Sanchez dirt bike is the reward for completing the "Conduct Unbecoming Mission" from the first safe house; and if you purchase the "King Knuts" business in the downtown area, you'll have the opportunity to complete the mission "To the Victor, The Spoils." The reward for this is a bulletproof Ventoso moped.

    Boats

    • Complete the mission "White Lies," available from behind the third safe house, The Clymenus Suite, and you'll unlock a Bovver '64. The '64 is a hovercraft, capable of traveling on water and land. Unfortunately, it is slow, fragile and almost impossible to control. Attempt the "From Zero to Hero" mission opposite the first safe house and you'll be rewarded with a Marquis sailboat. Complete the "Zero to Hero" mission from the second safe house, near the junkyard, and you'll receive a Squalo speedboat.

    Aircraft

    • The "Zero To Hero" mission from the roof of the third safe house will reward you with a "Little Willie" compact gyrocopter. A miniature one-seat chopper, the Willie also features a pair of twin 9mm machine guns. The "Zero To Hero" mission marker opposite the third safe house offers the Skimmer seaplane as its reward. The seaplane's ability to land on water makes it useful for avoiding the authorities.

    Personal Vehicles

    • The "Zero To Hero" mission marker just south of the stadium rewards you with a jet ski if you complete it successfully. A Splitz ATV is your reward if you're able to complete the "Zero To Hero" mission marker located at the second safe house. This is a car that can drive on water, more of a novelty than of any real use. If you complete the "When Funday Comes" mission, available from Sunshine Autos, you'll be rewarded with a quad bike.
