People Can't See My Wall on Facebook

Your Facebook Wall runs vertically down your profile.

Your Facebook Wall consists of posts you create as well as content created by friends. If someone cannot see your Wall, the most likely cause is your current privacy setting. Expanding the visibility of your Wall lets more people see it. If your privacy settings are not to blame for the issue, report the problem to Facebook.

Your Own Wall Posts

If someone cannot see what you are posting on your Wall, go to the "Account" link in the top right corner of the Facebook screen and choose "Privacy Settings." At the top of the page, in the "Things I Share" section, click on the gray icon next to "Posts by Me." Change the setting to include a larger number of people -- for instance, change the setting from "Friends Only" to "Friends of Friends." If you want your wall to be visible to the entire Facebook community, change it to "Everyone."

Others' Wall Posts

Posts left on your Wall by other people are managed through a separate privacy setting from your own Wall posts. Go to the "Privacy Settings" menu and scroll down to the "Things others share" section. Click on the gray icon next to "Can see Wall posts by friends" and select a broader privacy setting to let more people see posts left for you by friends.

Receiving New Posts

While people may be able to see your Wall, they may not see the "Write something" field at the top of the your profile. If someone does not see that field, she cannot write a new post. To change your setting regarding receiving new posts, go to the "Privacy Settings" and then the "Things others share" section. Check the "Enable" box next to "Friends can post on my Wall." Note that non-friends will never be able to create a new post for your Wall.

Reporting

If changing your privacy settings does not make your Wall visible to more people, your account may be experiencing a bug. Go to the "Account" link and choose "Help Center." Click on the blue "Report a bug" link and then the "Wall" link. Click "My friends cannot see or post on my Wall" and then follow the prompts for creating a new report about the issue.
