Ideas for Short Eyebrows
Your eyes are one of the first things anyone notices when looking at your face. Well-shaped eyebrows are important since they can enhance your eyes and frame your entire face. Makeup

Though you may be afraid to try it, an eyebrow pencil may be your new favorite beauty secret weapon. Look for an eyebrow pencil that is one to two shades lighter than your natural hair. Apply the eyebrow pencil over your eyebrows and then extend the line, following the natural direction and shaping of your brow. It may take you a while to master the look or get accustomed to it. Try it several times before ruling it out completely. There are also shaded eyebrow gels and powders that you may prefer.
Stop Grooming
-
If you have eyebrows that are too short, it could be that you have been over-grooming them. If you have been plucking away or self-waxing on a regular basis, take a break. Give your eyebrows time to regrow. Once they have become full again, go to a professional to help shape and wax your brows. Getting someone's expertise, at least to start, will give you an idea of what look works best on your face. Try to maintain the new look and refrain from falling back into your previous habits.

Natural Options
-
If your eyebrows simply won't grow because of genetics or over-plucking, don't fret. Try a vitamin with biotin, which helps increase hair growth. While most multi-vitamins may have a dose of biotin, you may want to try vitamins B or E, which are best for hair growth. You may even notice thicker hair and lashes as well. The results are different for everyone so give it some time to see how it works for you.
Other Products
-
If you are having no luck growing your eyebrows back and vitamins don't seem to be helping either, you may want to consider some of the products now available for eyebrow and eyelash growth. There are many topical serums available in the makeup section of local drugstores. Some may require a prescription. Either way, you may want to consult with your doctor about the potential side effects and whether your doctor thinks you need to use a product at all.
