Reset the Password
- The first step you can take is resetting the password. If a clean reset gets you back into your Facebook account, then your troubles are promptly over with one less thing to stress about. On the next page you will want to provide either your email address or phone number, your Facebook username, or enter your full name along with a friend's name.
