Finding Other Options
-
Before making a drastic decision of not going through a residency, explore other areas of interest. Volunteer on committees to get management experience, ask to write for your school's newsletter or seek opportunities in an alternative field during a break period with an internship. Take the time to network and find out what options others have taken in a similar situation.
