The Uses of Plumeria Milk
The plumeria is a perennial flowering tree most commonly found in tropical areas in the Americas. The tree does best in full sun with moderate water and produces bright, extremely fragrant flowers. One of the best known uses for plumeria is in Hawaii to make lei flower necklaces. If the plumeria plant is cut or otherwise injured, it excretes a white milky substance. This milky substance can be used in a variety of applications, most commonly in bath and body products. Does this Spark an idea?

Plumeria milk is commonly used in combination with goat milk to create a moisturizing soap that contains several vitamins, including B6, B12 and E, and smells like plumeria flowers. This is a specialty soap that is available for purchase online or through select dealers and vendors or from retailers in areas where the plumeria plant is common, such as Hawaii.
Bath Milk
-
Plumeria milk is also used to create bath milk meant for use in the bathtub as a soaking agent. It combines plumeria milk with cow's milk to create a rich substance. Again, this is sold online or through select vendors only or in areas where plumeria is more common.

Lotion
-
Another common application for plumeria milk is the creation of lotion, which combines the plumeria milk with goat milk, shea butter and other moisturizing ingredients to create a body lotion that contains the strong plumeria fragrance.
Body Oil
-
As with lotion and soaps that are made with plumeria milk, body oils and sprays that are made with the milk contain the heady plumeria scent that may be added to other bath and body products or sprayed directly onto the skin as a perfume.
