Lollipops are a whimsical candy.

Lollipops are one of the most whimsical candies. They come in different colors and designs, all different sizes, and have sticks that give them the look of magic wands. You can take an otherwise normal craft or game and make it more fun by making a lollipop version of it.

Start with a green foam floral block. Cut out picket fence shapes from a white foam sheet. Glue to the sides of the floral block. Take the lollipops and use green floral tape to attach fake leaves to the lollipop sticks. Press the lollipops into the floral block. Now it's ready for spring home decor or a gift!

Create any kind of puppet you'd like.

Create lollipop puppets by folding felt over the top of a sucker. Cut into a shape that will fit and glue together. Make sure you use individually wrapped lollipops for this; no glue on the lollipop! Allow to dry. Add on googly eyes and other facial features or details on the puppet. Have a puppet show once you have a few lollipop puppets.

Start with a bunch of lollipops with long sticks. Wrap a rubber band tightly around the suckers to keep the bunch in place. Wrap green tissue paper around the bottom of the bunch and secure with floral tape. Tie decorative ribbon around the tape. Now it is gift worthy!

A large lollipop is best for this game so that it's easily passed around and the prize at the end is a big one! Have children sit in a circle. Play music as children take turns passing the lollipop around. When the music stops, the person left holding the lollipop is out. The last person in the circle wins the lollipop. Things can get intense; tell the kids not to throw the lollipop as it can break or the stick can hurt someone.
