Satisfy your craving of eggs with a delectable omelet made fresh to order. Omelets are made entirely out of eggs with the addition of other items such as cheese, meats and vegetables to add flavor. They are relatively easy to make and are quick to cook. Mix together three large eggs and a splash of milk. Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat and add a teaspoon of butter to the skillet. Once the butter is completely melted in the skillet, add the eggs and turn the heat to medium low. Allow the eggs to solidify before adding any additional items to the omelet such as ham, vegetables or cheese. Using a large spatula, carefully flip one side of the omelet over to cover the other half. Allow the omelet to cook for a few more minutes before removing from the skillet.

Eat on the run with a quick fix breakfast. Spray the interior of a large coffee mug with cooking spray. Mix together two eggs and 2 tbsp. of milk and add to the coffee cup. Insert the mug into the microwave and cook on high for 45 seconds. Remove the mug, stir the eggs and cook again for 30 seconds. Remove the mug and sprinkle cheese on top for a quick breakfast.
Scramble up some southwestern flavor with egg quesadillas. Beat four eggs, and set aside. Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat and add 2 tbsp. of butter. Once the butter is melted, reduce the heat to medium-low and add the eggs. Use a spatula to move the eggs from one side to the other of the skillet to prevent browning or overcooking. Heat flour tortillas in the microwave on high for 30 seconds, if they are room temperature or a minute if they are cool. Remove the eggs from the skillet when finished and spoon the egg into the tortilla shell so the eggs cover half the tortilla. The tortilla will be folded in half so you do not want to overfill. Add any additional garnish such as cheese or meat to the tortilla before enjoying.

Crack an egg over a slice of ham and English muffin for moons over my hammy. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once the butter melts, carefully crack an egg and cook it sunny-side-up, which means the yolk remains intact and runny while the white part solidifies. Once the egg starts to harden, flip it over with a spatula to slightly harden the yolk and top half of the egg. Do not allow the yolk to cook long, less than a minute or two, because the yolk will harden. Heat one half of an English muffin in the toaster and cook a thick slice of ham. Place the English muffin on a plate and layer the slice of ham, a slice of cheese and the hot egg on top. Enjoy.
