Balloon Bouquets
-
Balloon bouquets are often made from ordinary party balloons inflated with helium and tied together. When you buy bouquets from a party store, you typically pay extra for any decorations and ribbons used. Save yourself some money by asking for inflated balloons in red and blue and buying the decorative elements yourself. Use "Spider-Man 3" printed gift bags as the basis for the bouquet. Tie each of the balloons to a ribbon, using blue ribbon for red balloons and red ribbon for blue balloons. Wrap the ribbons around a brick and drop the brick inside the bag. Fill the bag with crumbled tissue paper and arrange Spider-Man action figures around the top, making the figures appear to hang out of the top.
Mylar Balloons
-
Mylar balloons are made from a material that gives the balloon a slightly metallic color. Look for "Spider-Man 3" imprinted balloons at your party store, and buy one for each party guest. Tie a balloon to the back of each chair, using red or blue ribbon for each one. At the end of the party, give each guest his own balloon as an additional party favor.

Decorate a Balloon
-
Turn ordinary red and blue balloons into a party game for guests. Give each guest a balloon when he arrives and ask him to inflate the balloon and use markers, paint and other decorations to make his own Spider-Man face. Use plenty of "Spider-Man 3" decorations and posters around the room, giving the guests inspiration for their decorating. After everyone decorates their balloons, award prizes and hang the balloons around the room.
Basic Balloon Decorating
-
If you have a large number of decorations in place, then use plain red and blue balloons to decorate the space. Add a few silver and black balloons, to mimic the look of Venom, one of the villains Spider-Man fights in the third movie. Tie a large bunch to the back of the birthday boy's chair and tie smaller bunches to individual chairs. Hang clusters in the corner of the room, and drape matching streamers from the clusters.
