Interviewing for a cosmetics manager position can be an intimidating experience, but there are a few tips to follow that will help you land the job. A cosmetics manager needs to be comfortable working so closely with people and should also be proficient at delegating work assignments to other employees.

Find a couple of individuals who actually use the product and get their opinions on it. Use the product yourself so you will feel confident about what you are going to sell if you get the job.
