    • Eyebright can be consumed orally through a brewed tea or supplement, which can provide internal benefits for the user. It contains powerful astringent compounds and anti-inflammatory properties that make it beneficial in fighting nasal blockage, sinusitis and colds that cause congestion. The tannins reduce mucus secretion and relieves mucous membrane irritation which can alleviate hay fever, sinus infection and allergic rhinitis.

    • This herb is considered safe and effective to help treat certain conditions, although some individuals may experience skin rash or nausea from use. Reduce your dosage or stop taking the herb completely if you encounter these effects.
