"Grand Theft Auto IV: Episodes From Liberty City," compiled of the base game and its two expansions, offers the same cheat codes available in the standalone Xbox 360 versions of each story. Whether you're loaded into "The Lost and the Damned" or "The Ballad of Gay Tony," your cell phone is the key to enabling any cheat code.
"Episodes From Liberty City" allows players to spawn various vehicles instantly. Press up on the directional pad twice to bring up the phone and the numerical keypad. To spawn a Cognoscenti, type "227-555-0142" into the cellphone. To create a FIB Buffalo, type "227-555-0100," to spawn a "Turismo" type "227-555-0147," and enter "227-555-0175" to generate a Comet. To spawn the Annihilator helicopter, type "359-555-0100," and type "938-555-0100" to create the Jetmax waterboat.
You can also use the cellphone to input codes that provide power-ups to your player. To unlock all of the poor weapons, type "486-555-0150," or type "486-555-0100" to unlock new and advanced weapons. Enter "362-555-0100" to replenish health and gain a full set of armor, or enter "482-555-0100" to gain health, armor and advanced weapons. To change the in-game weather, type "468-555-0100" into the cellphone. To raise your wanted level with the police, type "267-555-0150," or type "267-555-0100" to remove your wanted level.
