The minimum amount of time required to complete the online program is two years. This degree prepares students for a variety of entry-level jobs in accounting, such as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk or tax preparer. Ninety credits is required for degree completion. Kaplan University has support services for its students, including technical support available by phone, email and live chat. Kaplan provides online access to their library, which includes help from librarians, interlibrary loans, and an extensive collection of research materials.
