Cook chicken cutlets in oil, but before frying them, dip the chicken cutlets in egg and dredge them in breadcrumbs or flour. Heat the oil in a pan, add the cutlets and cook over a low to medium flame for about 25 minutes, turning them over halfway through. Use seasoned breadcrumbs, or flour sprinkled with salt and pepper. You can also coat your chicken cutlets with crushed corn flakes or crushed rice cereal before frying them.

To make a delicious chicken cutlet and mushroom dish, slice fresh mushrooms and spread them out in a baking pan. Place your chicken cutlets on top of the mushrooms, then mix together one 10-oz. can of cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 cup milk and pour it over the chicken and mushrooms. Bake in a 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 minutes, then sprinkle some canned French fried onions on top and bake for another 5 minutes.

Marinate your chicken cutlets in a commercially-prepared marinade, or one you made yourself, for at least one hour. When marinated, take the chicken out of the marinade and cook on a grill for about 15 minutes. Turn the chicken cutlets over halfway through, and baste them with the marinade as they cook.
